A surfer drowned in the waves of La Coruña
His name was not reported, he was 38 years old and had gone surfing with three friends.

A surfer died at midday yesterday, Saturday, while surfing in the waves of the Coruña town of Porto do Son, reported several Spanish media.
According to what local surfer José María de Paz said on DUKE's social media, four friends from a surf school went to surf at the place, three of them returned to the car and saw that one of them was not.
They returned to the beach where they were sliding and did not see him anywhere and so they alerted the locals who put together search parties and finally found him on a nearby beach.
The conditions were not dangerous, De Paz said, but that beach in particular has a treacherous current with conditions like yesterday's.
The victim's name was not released. It is known that he was 38 and lived in Santiago.
