An ambitious tentative calendar was published by ALAS Pro Tour yesterday on its social networks, proposing 17 stages in 13 countries, from March to November with several new features.
Ecuador, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Nicaragua, Panama and Mexico would return to the schedule and the stages in Costa Rica, Chile, Peru, Puerto Rico, Guatemala and the traditional finale in El Salvador would be maintained.
A couple of striking notes are that Uruguay, which has not held an ALAS since 2012, would have two tournaments this year, and Guatemala, which held one last year, would also have two.
The most valuable event planned is once again the one in El Salvador, which will be a six-star event for all categories, and the one in Uruguay in October will also be a six-star event, but only for women.
