Argentina confirmed its selection and is already traveling to El Salvador to train

Pellizzari, Ané, Indurain, Usuna, Muñiz and Gundensen make up a very strong Argentine team

Presents Surf City El Salvador 

Leandro Usuna, Nacho Gundensen, Santiago Muñiz, Ornella Pellizzari, Lucía Indurain and Josefina Ané are the final members of the Argentine surfing team, the Argentine Surfing Association announced today through a post on Instagram.

The first five surfers mentioned are traveling to El Salvador at this moment, three of them, Gundensen, Usuna and Pellizzari from Ezeiza, Muñiz from Brazil and Indurain will travel from Ecuador, where he is training.

Meanwhile, Ané will train from Mar del Plata, the statement said.

The Argentine team has five ISA world titles, four open (two by Usuna and two by Muñiz) and one youth (Gundensen's).

The Argentines will be looking for a place among the five eligible spots for men in Tokyo 2021 and the seven for women.
