Young Argentine Faustino Llorca will be one of the 16 under-16s competing in the Rip Curl Grom Search World Finals, which will take place this year in Hossegor, with a date yet to be determined, Rip Curl Argentina announced on its Instagram.

This event, which qualifies the world's best under-16s through various regional qualifiers, brings together some of the world's most promising surfers.

The brand recently announced that the destination will be Hossegor, but not yet the dates.

“Sixteen of the world's best groms will compete for the chance to become the @ripcurl GromSearch International Champion. Stay tuned, as surfers from around the world are securing their ticket to Hossegor through the Rip Curl GromSearch National Finals. We especially congratulate Faustino Llorca of the Rip Curl Team for his participation in this edition,” the statement said.
