Having settled on the North Shore for a few weeks now, Lakey Peterson shares a bit of what it was like leading up to the Billabong Pro Pipe, the WSL party and her day-to-day life in the first days of the Billabong Pro Pipeline.

Lakey starts off well, moving forward and showing off all the team she has supporting her, in addition to her husband who is a ripper: Britt Merrick on the boards and Shane Dorian on the Pipe; a whole team that got her into, for now, the semis of the event.
