Bourgeois, Gomez and de la Rosa won in Bocas del Toro

American Ben Bourgeois and Peruvians Magoo de la Rosa and Analí Gómez were crowned champions of the first edition of the Caribbean Open Master Edition, which concluded today in two-foot waves with good conditions at Paunch.

Gómez was better than Samanta Alonso in the best series of the day, she waited for the right waves and attacked with the radicalism that characterizes her to win by 11,17 to 8,67.

In the next final it was Magoo de la Rosa's chance to beat Santiago Di Pace by 13,6 to 8,4 thanks to his very expressive power surfing.

The day and the event ended with Ben Bourgeois' backside attack that beat Javier Swayne in the most contested series of the day that began with the Peruvian leading but then saw the American turning around.

Swayne led 13,17 to 12 until Bourgeois added a 9,33 to turn the final around.
