It is estimated that it will be inaugurated in early 2021 and the works will begin in 2020. Italo Ferreira is the main promoter of the project that will use Wavegarden technology.

Brazilian surfer Italo Ferreira is participating in the construction of a new wave pool in Brasilia with the company Wave Parks, reported the Brazilian specialized site Waves following a video that has been circulating on WhatsApp in which the surfer announces that there will be a new wave pool.

Construction is expected to begin in 2020 for an opening in early 2021. The wave is said to have Wavegarde technology and the wave pool will feature Wavegarden technology.

The project is currently in the licensing stage, where those who contribute money are asked to become members of the pool in order to use it at different levels once it is up and running. With something like $80.000, you can buy 14 waves a day for the next three decades of your life.

The video that is circulating was leaked, according to Ferreira, the idea was to publish it later along with a market survey.
