Brazil's fourth Wavegarden Cove has been confirmed to be held in São Paulo, to be launched in 2027 and following the format of serving as a facilitator for land to be located in a private neighborhood, the wave pool company reported in a press release.

It will be located in Araçoiaba da Serra, an hour and 20 west of São Paulo and joins Praia da Grama (Itupeva), Surfland Brasil (Garopaba) and Beyond The Club (São Paulo).
“Wavegarden surf lagoons have become the hub of successful real estate projects around the world, especially in Brazil. Our waves, surrounded by a white sand beach with palm trees, will bring a piece of sea to this innovative project, located three hours from the nearest natural beach,” said Fernando Odriozola, Chief Commercial Officer of Wavegarden.

“Integrated into a stunning landscape with a pleasant climate and surrounded by rivers, lakes, waterfalls and ancient trees, Fazenda Vista Verde aims to become one of the leading residential communities in Brazil. Phase 1 will include 160 residential plots of between 2.000 and 2.600 square meters each, with 400 additional plots planned for future phases. In addition to private residences, the complex will offer swimming pools, a spa, a hotel (open to the general public) and restaurants. Outside there will be cycling and hiking trails, a historic equestrian farm, various sports facilities such as tennis and volleyball courts, an organic garden, a farmers’ market and a helipad for easy access,” the press release adds.
