The best Brazilian juniors according to CBS have been defined and will compete in the ISA World Championship between September 4 and 13 in El Salvador.

Along with the announcement came an invitation to a camp where they will seek to improve the team's skills for local and international tournaments.

Teco Padaratz, president of the Brazilian Surfing Confederation (CBS), stated: “This is the first Surf Camp for the Junior team in 2026, something we've been doing for several years now, and it's the most exciting work we do for the development of high-performance athletes. This work demonstrates that the Confederation isn't just about organizing championships; it's not an event promotion company. Surf Brasil aims to develop the sport in Brazil, and this includes technical, tactical, physical, psychological, and nutritional training for these surfers who will be the future of our sport, encouraging the new generation to succeed in their careers.”
