Brisa made it to the quarterfinals; Nadia couldn't beat Marks in the round of 16
Pipe Pro defined the quarterfinals in the women's category and the round of 32 matches in the men's category, Alan will go against Jack Robinson
Costa Rican Brisa Hennessy maintained her consistent streak and made it to the quarterfinals of the Pipe Pro, which took place on its second day yesterday on the waves of Banzai, Pipeline, which were fun with some tube moments, especially for Backdoor.
Hennessy first went through the elimination round, beating Bella Kenworthy and falling behind Moana Jones, and then beat Vahine Fierro in the round of 16.
With this she got into the quarterfinals where she will face Molly Picklum.
Nadia Erostarbe, on the other hand, was unable to repeat the series she had had in her debut and lost to Caroline Marks in a match in which nothing went her way. She found no waves and ended up falling in the ones she found.
The final result was 9,07 to 1,57.
The surfer from the Basque Country will now wait to see if she is invited to the Abu Dhabi stage.
Among the men, Yago Dora was surprisingly eliminated, as was Samuel Pupo, who had suffered a facial injury along with Eli Hanneman and Imaikalani from Vault.
These matches defined the round of 32 which indicated that Alan Cleland will face Jack Robinson in series 9.
