Bryan Perez and three of his favorite maneuvers
The Pink Panther had a productive week and talks about it: A brutal carving, an incredible aerial and a good backside tube

After winning the ALAS tour in Las Flores just a few weeks ago, Bryan Pérez felt relaxed and sent some special maneuvers that were already in his repertoire but that stood out, that were 20% more: A brutal carving, a brutal aerial and a couple of also brutal tubes.
They were shown off on social media and shared by several people, Kelly Slater himself praised them and the name of The Pink Panther continued to grow.
Asked by DUKE, Bryan told about each of these three maneuvers that can be seen below in video and photos:
Super carving
Carving is such a good maneuver; I always watch Jordy Smith, Mick Fanning, John John Florence, who do such amazing carvings; I always try to improve every day and my motivation to do such good carvings are those three surfers I mentioned and since I always watch videos of them, they are my favorite surfers, I always try to improve those kinds of maneuvers.
Brutal aerial
Aerials are part of the game; you have to have all the tools in competition, sometimes we need a really high score and we need to get a high scoring aerial or tube.
For me, aerials are a maneuver that you have to have in your tools and doing aerials is very complicated but it also brings a lot of injuries but then you have to take care of yourself and be strong but aerials are part of my surfing and I am working to improve them every day.
Tubo
The three maneuvers we are talking about are very important and you have to have them in your toolbox, as a surfer and as an athlete if you compete: the aerial, the carving and the tube.
The tube is one of the most beautiful maneuvers in surfing and one of the best feelings there is, because going into a tube and coming out is one of the best moments in life; it is the most beautiful maneuver in surfing; it is something magical; when you go inside the tube you only see the light at the bottom and when it spits you out it is something too beautiful, a unique moment that only surfers can experience.
