Presents Surf City El Salvador 

For the second weekend in a row, Punta Roca local Bryan Perez made the home team respect him and lifted the cup. The previous podium finisher was for a special punctual championship and this for the first stage of the national circuit that took place last weekend, the local federation informed DUKE.

Thanks to his combination of aerials with curves and radical attacks, Pérez scored 15,33 to leave behind three surfers from El Tunco: Samuel Arenivar, Manuel Rivas and Porfirio Miranda, in that order, who scored respectively 11,33, 9,97 and 8,97 in the grand final.

In the women's category, the half Costa Rican and half German surfer and former world youth champion Rachel Presti won the stage, leaving Evelyn Centeno in second place and quite close behind (11 vs 9,43). Katherine Diaz came third and Eva Gavidia fourth.

In the under 18 category, Alejandro Martínez won, and in the under 16 category, Julissa Castillo and Erick Centeno.
