Busy days in the area
The competition route continues through Galapagos, Barbados, Martinique, Mar del Plata, Caparica and Zarautz
These are busy days in Latin America and the Caribbean with several ALAS and WSL tournaments taking place at the same time. And, a few days later, Portugal and Spain are adding two interesting events.
The detailed schedule is as follows:
ALAS will host these three-star events:
-Between March 15 and 19, the Pacific Bank Cup in Santa Cruz, Galapagos
-Between March 21 and 24, the Pacific Bank Cup 2 in Lobería, San Cristóbal, Galapagos
The WSL will hold two QS 3000 and one QS 1500:
-From March 17 to 24, the Martinique Surf Pro, QS 3000
-Between March 27 and April 1, the Rip Curl Pro Argentina, QS 1500
-Between March 27 and April 1, the Barbados Surf Pro, QS 3000
Meanwhile, in Europe there is also an interesting series of two low-scoring QSs relatively close together:
-Between March 26 and 31, the Caparica Pro, which was won last year by Gony Zubizarreta, QS 1000.
-Between April 4 and 8, the Pro Zarautz, which was also won by Gony Zubizarreta last year, QS 1500.
