Call made: Event off for today Wednesday
Next call at 17:45 for a very possible tomorrow; it is to be presumed that they will not send only the women's round 3 and that the fourths will go into the water to get the most out of the day.

Olympic surfing will not take to the water today, organisers said. A mix of giant waves and bad wind conditions led to the decision.
Everything indicates that tomorrow, with the swell decreasing in size but with better winds, the championship will go into the water.
The women's round 3 remains to be completed, as well as the quarterfinals, semi-finals and bronze and gold matches.
After tomorrow, the best day of those remaining, we see smaller waves and bad conditions for Friday and small waves and better conditions for Saturday.
What seems clear is that, as tomorrow will be the best day of the competition, they will surely launch round 3 and quarterfinals so that they have fewer series left to be completed.
