The current president of the Spanish surfing federation, Carlos García, has been re-elected to remain in office for four more years, the organization announced on its website.

“This is a re-election that I am very excited about, after everything we have been through, that people continue to trust me… It gives me a lot of energy to keep going! Thanks to the work of everyone who makes up the Federation, this effort has culminated in the fantastic results we have achieved in international competitions,” said García.

“These years have been one success after another; from the great results obtained as a team to those achieved individually by our athletes who are improving year after year… Any fan of surfing should be super proud of the results that have been achieved!
