The most valuable stage of the year on the ALAS tour, which takes place annually in November in El Salvador, has already confirmed that for the first time it will be on the epic right-hander of Punta Mango.

ALAS announced this in a post on social media, in which it was also established that the dates had changed because the youth world championship in Rio de Janeiro was confirmed, which will take place between November 24 and December 3.

Based on this, the date of ALAS in El Salvador will be between November 9 and 12 in Punta Mango, Oriente Salvaje, El Salvador.

This will be the first time that Punta Mango has held a continental event and it is also presumed to be the first international event on the wave.

Unlike Las Flores, where ALAS was held at the end of last year, which had epic conditions, Punta Mango is much more sensitive to breaking waves. That is, with a little swell it already has surfable waves and if there is a good swell the sea becomes solid and tubular.

On the other hand, it was confirmed that ALAS Guatemala, the event that was independent for two years and this year joins the tour, will now be held from November 3 to 5 in Playa Hawaii.
