DC's current global general manager will be Reef's new president
Mike Jensen has been running the shoe brand since 2016 and has experience in sales and marketing. He will officially start in February.

The sandal company founded by the Aguerre brothers, Reef, will have Mike Jensen as its new president starting in February, reported yesterday the website specialized in surfing business news, Shop Eat Surf The new director, who has experience in sales and marketing, has been the global general manager of the DC shoe brand since 2016 and has worked at Asics, Spy Optics and Converse, according to a press release issued by the company.
The Rockport Group, which bought Reef for $139 million in late October, has been looking for a new president since it took ownership of the company.

"I have been a huge fan of Reef for a long time. The brand has a long and powerful history and is very well positioned in the market.
