Daniella Rosas won in Praia Mole and Arena Rodriguez made it to the challengers

Peru celebrated today at Praia Mole, Daniella Rosas' victory in the Layback Pro over Summer Macedo, giving young Sandra Rodriguez the qualification to the challengers; making two of the four South American qualifiers from Inkateam.
The other two had already met yesterday: Laura Raupp and Sophia Medina.
Rosas had a very good performance against Summer Macedo, who would have eliminated Rodriguez if she won the final. The final was decided by 14,83 (9.33+5,5) versus 11,84 (6,17+5,67).
Meanwhile, in the men's category, Argentine Santiago Muñiz managed to pass one more series and finished the event in third place.
He beat Alex Ribeiro in the quarterfinals by 15,24 (7,67+7,57) versus 14,27 (6,4+7,87) and then failed in the semis against veteran Alan Johones by 14,94 (7,17+7,77) to 13,7 (7,33 + 6,37).

With this result, Muñiz finished the season in tenth position and the South American champion was Yago Dora who did not compete in the event because he is recovering from an injury.
The event was won by Michael Rodriguez.
The 10 men classified for the challengers in South America that were determined yesterday are: Willian Cardoso, Alex Ribeiro, Eduardo Motta, Michael Rodrigues, Wesley Leite, Marco Fernandez, Raoni Monteiro, Robson Santos, Santiago Muniz and Matheus Navarro.
The four women: Sophia Medina, Daniella Rosas, Laura Raupp and Arena Rodríguez.
The event was ultimately won by Michael Rodriguez.
