Daniella Rosas won the 6000m Maresias

Peruvian Daniella Rosas won the Maresias QS 6000, which concluded today in fun, two- to three-foot waves with good formation at San Sebastián Beach, São Paulo.
Rosas defeated Brazilian Sophia Gonçalves by 13,07 to 6,57 to claim the impressive victory that moved her to second place in the rankings, behind Brazilian Tainá Hinckel.
One of Rosas' key series was the semi-final against the legendary Silvana Lima, which ended 11,67 to 11,66. The Brazilian complained on social media about the scores awarded to Rosas.
Meanwhile, among the men, Santiago Muñiz was the best, placing third, losing by 13,27 to 11,66 against Peterson Crisanto.
Finally, Alonso Correa and Nacho Gundensen reached the quarterfinals in the men's division, where they lost to Ryan Kainalo and Peterson Crisanto respectively.
And, in women, Cata Zariquiey and Arena Rodríguez who could not beat Tainá Hinckel and Sophia Gonçalves respectively.
