Darshan Antequera and Valeria Ojeda are the newest members of the Quiksilver and Roxy team

The young Costa Rican and the young Venezuelan joined the mountain and wave brand

Costa Rican Darshan Antequera and Venezuelan Valeria Ojeda are the newest members of the Quiksilver and Roxy team, the surfers themselves reported on their social networks.

The wave and mountain brand added two surfers with similar profiles to its line-up: Young talents with a competitive profile but who also stand out in free surfing sessions.

Antequera has an active social media life and posts clip after clip of himself flowing through powerful waves, attacking heavy sections but also showing off some good aerials. Not long ago he performed DUKEsurf.com's move of the week for the full rotation you can see below.

He added: “I have been working with my coach Diego Naranjo for about two years and all the hard work we have done is starting to bear fruit. A radical brand with radical surfers,” he concluded.

For her part, Valeria Ojeda, born in Venezuela, a resident of Costa Rica for many years and now based in California, has been a promise that has confirmed all the expectations placed on her since she began surfing at the age of three.

At 16 years old, he transformed all his experience into radical surfing with good fundamentals, he made several finals in the competitive NSSA circuit in the United States and he comes from making the top 15 in the QS of Saquarema, which had a very high level.

“I am beyond happy to officially join the Roxy family! I am so grateful for the opportunity! Thank you Pepe Landa for making this possible. I couldn’t be happier about the future I have with Roxy,” Ojeda wrote on her Instagram.
