Frenchman Gatien Delahaye and Portuguese Frederico Morais and Yolanda Hopkins have received invitations to compete in the Supertubos CT, which will take place between March 15 and 25.
Nadia Erostarbe, who will enter the CT when Johanne Defay withdraws due to her pregnancy, will not be there because the Frenchwoman decided to compete in the tournament while pregnant.
For his part, Mexican Alan Cleland will debut against Yago Dora and Ryan Callinan and Costa Rican Brisa Hennessy against Vahine Fierro and Isabela Nichols.
The series features the return of Crosby Colapinto, who had injured his elbow while surfing at Pipe.
