Two-time world champion Filipe Toledo said he believes he made the highest alley-oop of his life a few days ago in the waves of El Zonte, El Salvador.
He wrote: “Maybe the highest alley-oop I ever did! What do you think?”
The comments section has a variety of opinions, as expected. Fanning and her father Ricardo say that JBay's was taller, but his filmmaker Bruno Zanin believes this one is taller.
The video shows him flying, from the fins to the lip of the wave at least a height of him and from the base of the wave to the fins about two Philipes standing up.
The video shows another straight, high aerial that he fails to complete.
Toledo came to El Salvador to compete in the event and left early in a close series that he lost to Kauli Vaast.
