John John, Ivan and Nathan Florence are motivated on the North Shore, especially with the arrival of what they call "the first solid swell of the season."

They surfed mainly Rocky Rights and Lefts and in addition to some tubes they found several ramps and walls to maneuver.

John John, without a knee brace and taking a lot of risks in those aerial moves, seems to have recovered.
