Four selfies in Skeleton Bay

Costa Rican Leon Glatzer took his chance and went to the best wave in the world and this was some of what he brought back

Selfie 1 (above): The joy of being at the home of the best wave in the world.

What many consider to be the best wave in the world had to be so large that it would be impossible to film it from the sand with a tripod and a camera. Neither from the water, nor from a distance; until now, only drones have managed to film the wave properly and they almost end up without a drone because the aircraft flies too far away.

Everything ends up being a "selfie" or GoPro perspective from the camera, as we can see in the following images from Costa Rican Leon Glatzer, who made his trip to Namibia and came back in love and wanting more.

Selfie 2: They say it's not easy to go to Namibia and find that one-minute gem that everyone wants to take home with them. In the video, Leon is warming up.

Selfie 3: This was a good one. “Namibia you are special,” Leon said, and how could he not say that!

"The Namib Desert is considered the oldest desert in the world and there is evidence that it already existed during the Tertiary Era, 65 million years ago, when the dinosaurs became extinct. UNESCO declared the Namib a World Heritage Site in 2013," says Wikipedia about the place. Leon took the opportunity to feed the fourth selfie with a victim of the combination of the passage of time and the desert.
