From water mountains to real ones: Ian Walsh climbed North America's highest peak

He reached the top of Alaska's Mount Denali, at 6190 meters high, and came down snowboarding

Hawaiian big wave surfer Ian Walsh yesterday completed the climb of Denali, the highest peak in North America, located in the Alaska Range, which has a height of 6190 meters.

“After one of the most physically and mentally challenging days I have ever experienced, we reached the summit of Denali 12 hours after leaving camp at 14.000 feet,” the surfer wrote. He added: “I am so grateful that the mountain gave us a window and let us climb. Now it’s 4.260 meters of descent on a snowboard, here we go!”

The trip was made with nine skiers and snowboarders and was followed by the community of adventurers called Roam. More information is available at https://roamtv.com/
