One of the best Latin surfers in history, one of the most respected big riders in the world, a surfer of pure class, complete like few others, Gabriel Villarán, has just relaunched his YouTube channel and officially entered the vlogger world.

Villarán has a huge archive of videos, it is worth remembering that among the many awards he has, in addition to the final of the Pipe Pro or the Peahi Challenge, is having been a finalist in the Innersection, that video contest organized by Taylor Steele in which only 10 or 15 of the best on the planet made it into the real video.

With that marked aptitude for making good clips, the adventurous spirit and the ability to take charge of whatever is put in front of him, Villarán launches Gone Surfing TV and below he explains what it is about.

Why did you decide to relaunch your YouTube channel?
I always wanted to share the trips I take, many of those trips are last minute missions where I surf the best waves of my life... experiences worth sharing.

What can we expect to see in it?
Big waves, good tubes and new waves with friends and the best surfers in the world

Will we now see a Nathan Florence-style Villarán sharing his entire life on YouTube?
I don't think I'm at the same level as Nathan, but I do plan to surprise the audience with waves of weight and luxury!

What YouTube channels do you like and recommend?
I like Zeke and Nathan's channels, you can tell they are legitimate and real.

What trips or events do you have planned between now and the end of the year that we can see on the channel?
Episode 2 is going to be on fire, it's about my last trip to the Mentawai. And I'm organizing a couple of strike missions in Latin America and Europe.
