Gnarloo could be the new headquarters of the CT in Western Australia
The shark attacks near Margaret River have had an effect and all signs point to changes

Western Australian city officials are considering moving the world championship circuit that traditionally takes place in Margaret River to the tubular lefts of Gnarloo or Jakes Point, local media reported Friday.
The two shark attacks near this year's event, which forced the suspension of the tournament, are believed to be the reason for this move.
The initial meetings to determine this issue are still in progress, but the signal is clear: The will is that no more work be done in Margaret.
In terms of waves it's a win, discounting The Box and North Point, an event at Australia's GLand like Gnarloo will make the CT more interesting, especially after it was left out of Fiji.
According to Stab, prior to this news, it was believed that the WSL would decide not to return to West Oz, thus breaching its contract for two more years of championship play.
Gnarloo was the site of the epic Billabong Challenge won by Rob Machado on a day of impressive waves.
