In a new video posted on his Instagram, the muscular world and Olympic champion is seen using his right leg for strength.
Italo usually lifts weights and his training, he has stated, has been based on strength to do giant aerials and to avoid injuries.
According to Ferreira, it was a strength test carried out at Red Bull and that: “The results showed that I am capable of lifting 3x Italo on one leg.” “Madness,” he reflected.
According to DUKE's information after consulting a specialist in Physical Education, the machine seen in the video offers Italo a weight that increases until the athlete can no longer lift any more.
In Italo's case, it turned out that he can lift 201 kilos with one leg (Italo's weight is 67).
