Joaquín, Alonso and Álvaro in Epic Indo
Down and out south; "it's basically 6 months in Indonesia and a 30-minute production," says Del Castillo about his new film
"This 30-minute documentary, directed by Antonio Quijano, follows a group of elite surfers, including Peruvian Olympic athlete Alonso Correa, Joaquín del Castillo, and Álvaro Malpartida. It captures the essence of surfing as a lifestyle, focusing on friendship and the connection with nature."
The film documents a journey through Southeast Asia, including Bali, Dubai, and the Mentawai and Sumbawa islands.
"It features a strong Peruvian rock identity with music from bands like Los Conchas Negras, Fabricio Anavitarte and Vilchez Huamán," the producers say.
Great Peruvian surfing on incredible waves.
