John John: “The last month has been incredible. Thank you, Panama.”

“I’m impressed by the surfing community and the passion with which they live surfing,” added the three-time world champion.

“The last month has been incredible. Thank you, Panama,” John John Florence summarized everything that happened on the Caribbean and Pacific sides of the Central American country in an Instagram post.

“The new waves we were able to surf, the new friends we made. That’s why I love this. You never know what to expect, where you’ll end up, or for how long, but it’s always better than we can imagine,” he added.

She concluded: “I’m impressed by the surfing community and the passion with which they experience surfing. Thank you to everyone who made this adventure possible. Now we’re off again to new places we’ve never visited before.”

Florence began her Panamanian adventure in Bocas del Toro where she surfed at Bluff, among other waves.

Then he showed himself crossing the Panama Canal in his catamaran. There was some doubt as to whether he would stay in the area surfing the Pacific or not, but he did.

He teamed up with the legendary Gary Saavedra and his whole gang and it seems they found an incredible right-hander somewhere on the coast.
