Presents Crown Uruguay
The current Pan American silver medalist and multiple Uruguayan longboard champion, Julián Schweizer, is the newest ambassador of the Corona brand, he himself announced on social media.
In addition to being a sponsor of the first division of the world circuit, the brand is a sponsor of surfers such as Filipe Toledo, Jhony Corzo and Nacho Pignataro, among others.
“I am very happy to start representing Corona. It is a very important brand worldwide and having that support is something super nice. I also share the brand's philosophy and that is something extremely important for me when it comes to being an ambassador,” the surfer told DUKE.
“For athletes, having this type of support is essential. I am extremely grateful to the entire Corona team who opened the doors to me from the first moment I approached them,” added Schweizer, who is preparing to compete in a new stage of the national longboard circuit that has him as its leader.
Hoping that everything will return to normal after two years of pandemic that kept him relatively quiet, Schweizer plans to travel a lot, with his first international challenge being the prestigious MexiLogFest, which will take place in Sayulita, Mexico between April 19 and 29.
