Legendary Argentine surfer Carlitos di Pace has passed away
Former Argentine champion and former member of his country's national team died surfing in Pascuales, Mexico

Former Argentine surfing champion Carlos di Pace died this morning while surfing in Pascuales, Mexico, local media Colima Noticias and several of the surfer's friends reported on their social networks.
The note states that "at around 11 a.m. the Red Cross was called in because a man had been pulled out of the water while he was surfing."
And that: “When the emergency services arrived, they confirmed that the man was already dead.”
Details of what happened have not yet been revealed. Wave reports show that the sea in Mexico is rough today, with waves of four metres.
Di Pace had been an Argentine champion and a member of his country's national team on several occasions.
He was respected for surfing big waves and taking barrels around the world.
He had two children.
