Lineup, the website for cameras and wave forecasts, with a strong presence in Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Brazil and currently expanding, launched its iPhone app, according to a statement published on its website and social media.

The company's CEO, Fabián Fernández, celebrated: "For us, reaching the App Store is huge. First, because it took a lot of sweat, tears, and many hours of work. Second, because we built it from Latin America and for the local community, who had been asking us for it for a long time. And this is just the beginning: we're going to keep striving to make the best surf forecast in the region local, human, and accessible to everyone."

In a note published on the web, Fernández explained: “It’s not a different app or anything strange: it’s all Lineup, now native to your iPhone.

"The same thing you already use on the web and on Android, but now you can open the app directly from your home screen."
