John John Florence's home across from Off the Wall, one of the prized abodes on Oahu's North Shore beach, has been listed for sale in recent weeks, asking $5,3 million, Stab reported.
According to the real estate agent, the house has five bedrooms, four en suite rooms, and has more than 30 feet of beachfront, with views of Off the Wall, Pipeline, Backdoor and other nearby spots.
The house was built in 1941, has indoor and outdoor living areas, hardwood floors, terraces and expandable gardens. In this link you can take a virtual tour of the property.
Florence purchased this property for $4.6 million in 2016, so she would now be assured of a profit of $700 on her initial investment.
