Lucca, Sol and Leilani will participate in ISA Camp 2 in Teahupoo
From July 10th to 16th, alongside Billy Stairmand, Cody Young and Tiara van der Huls
Peruvians Lucca Mesinas and Sol Aguirre and Costa Rican Leilani McGonagle will be three of the six members of the second and historic training camp that the International Surfing Association organized in Teahupoo, the organization reported on social media.
They will be joined by Billy Stairmand (who has already qualified for Paris 2024), Cody Young from Canada and Tiara van der Huls from the Netherlands.
The same, organized with Olympic solidarity funds from the IOC, already has
Alan Cleland (MEX)
Bryan Perez (ESA)
Candelaria Resano (NCA)
Saffi Vette (NZL)
Shino Matsuda (JPN)
Training in Chopes with all the teachings by local Tereva David.
The second camp will take place between July 10 and 16, and the idea is to give surfers a chance to experience a wave that is definitely more difficult than the ones at Shida Shita, where Olympic surfing made its debut.
