Nic Von Rupp went to Madeira and surfed the biggest waves there in years.

Jardim do Mar, long considered extinct, broke giant, with some good right-handers.

"Nic and the guys were there the whole way. This is big wave surfing at its finest: gigantic, relentless, and unmissable. These are some of the biggest waves ever surfed in Madeira," the video description reads.
