Mateus Herdy, Reef Heazelwood and Isabella Nichols are the wildcards for the first CT

Several substitutes will also participate since Silvana Lima, Adriano de Souza, and Tyler Wright will not be there.

Mateus Herdy, Reef Hazelwood and Isabella Nichols entered the first stage of the CT 2019. The first was invited by the brand and the other two won the trials for the tournament.

The young Brazilian talent, a junior world champion, will face Medina and Callinan. Heazelwood will face Julian Wilson and Seth Moniz and Nichols will face Steph Gilmore and Paige Hareb.

Other news from the series of the event that begins its waiting period tomorrow is that Tyler Wright's replacement will be Keely Andrew. Silvana Lima continues to have a bad knee and will be replaced by Sage Erickson and Adriano de Souza will not be there for the entire Australian leg and will see Caio Ibelli as his substitute.
