Special coverage presented by Surf City El Salvador
The second day of the Surf City El Salvador ALAS Pro was a carnage. Of the more than 100 competitors who started the event, only 40 survived and tomorrow they will determine the semifinalists who will advance to the final day.
It was also a day full of action; the sea improved noticeably in La Bocana, with walls already coming in above the surfers' heads and giving opportunities to see many very good performances.

The local from Pavones combined powerful curves in the critical part in the perfect lefts of the morning.
Lucca Mesinas and Carlos Muñoz also excelled thanks to their powerful backside, scoring 17,5 points, the former in round 3 and the latter in round 2. Both managed to qualify for the fourth round.
Other outstanding performances were those of Rachel Presti, Mia Calderón, Analí Gómez and Lucía Indurain who won their round 2 series and left the quarterfinals as follows:
-Rachel Presti vs Estela Lopez
-Mia Claderón vs Karol Ribeiro
-Analí Gómez vs Leilani McGonagle
