Basque surfer Nadia Erostarbe won her round of 32 heat at the US Open and for the second consecutive event managed to reach at least the round of XNUMX.

Thanks to a powerful backside attack and good wave selection Erostarbe won her heat against Zoe McDougall, Gabriela Bryan and Zahli Kelly.

She comes from placing fifth in the Ballito Pro and with that result alone she is 28th in the ranking.

With four out of six results in the challengers, Nadia can dream of qualifying for the CT but needs to win the two remaining events: Ericeira and Saquarema.
