Nathan Florence's madness at Laje do Shock in Brazil
A filthy cavern was surfed on the giant slab carioca
Nathan Florence made it clear to the world that the waves in Brazil have their days of great power and that he is willing to go anywhere.
The Hawaiian traveled from California, where he received the Waterman of the Year award at the Waterman's Gala, and headed to Brazil to experience one of the biggest swells this winter in the South Atlantic.
In the stories, Florence shows how the wave breaks too close to the rocks and other dangerous aspects of the wave.
It also shows the vision he had from within.
The photo is a screenshot from its filmmaker, Zoard Janko, who is probably preparing a special episode of the event.
