On Saturday, May 9th, the freediving course for surfers, taught by Maximilian Zegers, head of Flow Training Studio, will take place at the Radisson, as he himself announced on his social media.
According to details, it will be 80% practical and 20% theoretical and in four hours will focus on: Breathing and CO₂ tolerance, static and dynamic apnea, mental control and emotional management under stress.
Maxi explained in the launch video: “In this workshop you will learn breathing techniques along with the physiology and psychology of freediving applied to surfing. You will develop concrete tools to manage stress and feel safer in the sea.”
He added: “We will work with dryland and pool exercises, focused on generating adaptation, confidence and mental control in moments when breathing is key.”
