Noa Deane and Moana Jones won the Padang Padang Classic
Parkinson, Ho, Bol, Studer, Hardy and Johnson completed the finals
The Padang Padang Invitational Tubular Classic was won by Australian Noa Deane and Hawaiian Pipe Queen Moana Jones Wong, in a highly anticipated day that did not end up delivering the tubes that were expected.
First, the day dawned without the expected swell and we had to wait for the start, and then a light onshore wind blew during the day and prevented the conditions from being as perfect as the tournament usually is, however there were several incredible moments, with the tubes that the breakers of the Bukit peninsula always have when there is swell.
Deane beat Joel Parkinson, Mason Ho and Made Bol Adi Putra in the grand final, while Jones did the same to Jasmine Studer, Willow Hardy and Kailani Johnson.
Below are the full results and some of the best moments of the day:
Men
1: Noa Deane (AUS)
2: Joel Parkinson (AUS)
3: Mason Ho (HAW)
4: Made Bol Adi Putra (IND)
Women
1: Moana Jones (HAW)
2: Jasmine Studer (IND)
3: Willow Hardy (AUS)
4: Kailani Johnson (IND)
