One of the best storm surges in the history of the Dominican Republic

Manuel Selman says he saw it like that twice and Andrés Flores points out that they were probably the best waves he had ever seen in his life.

The sea was extraordinary in the Dominican Republic when the swell generated by Hurricane Teddy arrived.

In the video, local Manuel Selman says that in his life, he is 30 years old, it was the second time he had seen the sea like that. He had an 8-footer that he changed for a 7,4 and said that the 7'4 was too small.

The wave in question has a first section of barrels which then meets the section they are surfing, which also has a barrel.

For his part, Andrés Flores, a local big rider who has been in several giant swells around the world, said that he believes that they were probably the best waves he has ever seen in his life.

There are several moments of tension and twists and turns worthy of a blockbuster.
