One of the best weeks of Griffin's life was spent entirely out of the water

The Californian went on a retreat in Orlando led by a researcher in epigenetics, quantum physics and neuroscience; he meditated for 35 hours

Current world No. 3 and CT standout Griffin Colapinto spent what he called one of the best weeks of his life at a self-help seminar with Dr. Joe Dispenza.

Bestseller of several books who describes himself as a researcher of epigenetics, quantum physics and neuroscience.

Griffin, accompanied by several famous figures in the world of surfing, such as Koa Smith, Seth Moniz, his brother Crosby, among others, said that at the week-long meeting held in Orlando he shared with some 2000 people who are going through life-or-death problems and with others who want to improve as human beings.

During the course he meditated for more than 35 hours, emphasizing that he did so with purpose and science behind it.

“I am leaving this retreat with so much love in my heart and the understanding of how powerful we as humans truly are. This practice is changing the world for the better and that is why I am sharing it.

In his Instagram post, Griffin shares that his initial intention was to not share his education in order to gain an advantage over his competitors, but then he realized that doing so would be limiting and that people without limits don't behave like that.

He ends by saying that he wants to be a world champion and that world champions would not act like that and that he should act and walk like one.

In the post of several photos and stills, Griffin shows the band dancing and celebrating at the conference center as well as a bizarre party by Jet Schilling who appears to have attracted a new sponsor.

According to Joe Dispenza's website, his one-week seminars cost between $1500 and $2500, and the next two on the schedule are already fully booked.
