One week before it starts, the Río de la Plata Cup already has more than 70 registered participants from 12 countries.

The list includes several world, Pan American, and Latin American champions.

With one week remaining until the first stage of the ALAS tour, which will take place in Montoya between January 14 and 18, there are already more than 70 registered participants from 12 countries in the six categories that will be contested at the event: Open, Under 18 and Longboard men and women.

The list includes former world champions such as Brazilian Luan Wood and Argentinian Nacho Gundensen; world runners-up such as Ecuadorian Dominic Barona and Brazilian Carlos Bahía; Pan American champions such as Ecuadorian Alex Suárez; and ALAS champions such as Uruguayan Luisma Iturria, Peruvian Brianna Barthelmess, and Uruguayan Julián Schweizer, among others.

The countries already confirmed are: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Netherlands, Peru, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom and Uruguay.
