Peruvian Federation has a new board of directors
Jaime Gensollen Moreno will be its president until December 31, 2024
Jaime Gensollen Moreno is the new president of the Peruvian National Surfing Federation, the country's website reported, OlasPeru.com in a note published last Saturday.
The rest of the directory is composed as follows:
Vice President: Manuel Lama Bustinza
Secretary: Fernando Villalobos Watson
Treasurer: Alfredo Conterno Martinelli
Technical Director: Richard Navarrete Narro
Promotional Spokesperson: Michel Saavedra Chávez
According to the aforementioned site, the following clubs voted in the elections, which took place on January 25:
1- San Bartolo Surf Club
2- La Pampilla Surf Club
3- Barranca Surfing and Bodyboard Club
4- Terraces Surf Club
5- North Waves Surf Club
6- Casma Surfing Club
7- Cerro Azul Surf Club
8- Chorrillos Surf Club
The website Elpoli.pe reports the news, points out that the working group led by Gianni Delucchi, former president of the Peruvian Hockey Federation, was in charge of “organizing the federation and guiding it towards a transparent electoral process.”
Fenta had been left headless after the Higher Council of Sports Justice and Sports Honors suspended the board chaired by Alfredo Figari in September 2019.
Olasperú mentions that one of the tasks will be to choose a new technical team for the national teams.
