Pignataro couldn't handle Stewart and said goodbye to Bells early.

The Uruguayan is putting all his chips on the reclassification in the Abu Dhabi stage, which will take place between October 24 and 26.

Uruguayan Ignacio Pignataro had an early exit from the second stage of the 2025 Longboard CT, currently underway in Bells Beach.

The only Hispanic American in the event faced a very inspired Kaniela Stewart who defeated him by 16,27 to 9,84.

Pignataro had just scored 10,27 in round 1, placing second behind Kai Ellice Flint and Oliver Packham.

With this result, the Uruguayan has a chance to qualify for the finals in El Salvador, where the top eight will qualify. Depending on the result, he will most likely win the final stage in Abu Dhabi.

The Abu Dhabi event takes place between October 24 and 26.
