President Lula invited his Uruguayan counterpart to surf in Brazil
In the middle of the Mercosur summit, Lacalle Pou responded first with a shaka and then with a double shaka
Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva invited his Uruguayan counterpart to surf on Brazilian beaches during the Mercosur summit taking place in Rio de Janeiro right now.
"I'll meet you somewhere in Rio de Janeiro and invite you to grab a board and, who knows, go for a surf on some Brazilian beach," Lula told Lacalle.
The Uruguayan president smiled and responded with humor.
It is known that Luis Lacalle Pou is a surfer and has surfed on more than one occasion during his term in office.
