Sambal: The new film by Ainara Aymat
Haircuts, Indonesia, punk rock and good surfing
"The main objective was to break away from the image of a surfer girl and briefly show who I am and what my surfing is like. I think we have achieved this," Ainara talks about her new project in an interview with DUKE a month ago about this film.
Regarding the name, Sambal, which is spicy, he explained: “The truth is that I have always liked spicy food, but since Kylian made me try Sambal, there was no meal that we did not accompany with this (laughs). That is why we called it Sambal, because it was a very characteristic name of the trip.”
