Santiago Muñiz and Garazi Sánchez made the podium in Morocco
It is the third best result of the year for the Argentine and the second best for the Spanish
Argentine Santiago Muñiz and Spanish Garazi Sánchez finished third and climbed onto the podium of the Anfaplace Casablanca Pro, a 1500-point QS tournament that concluded today with fun beach break waves.
With this result, both surfers added 840 points to the ranking; it is the second best result of the year for Sánchez and the third best for Muñiz.
In the first series of the day, Garazi Sánchez was unable to beat the winner of the tournament, the Hawaiian naturalized Japanese Mahina Maeda. For his part, Muñiz faced the champion of the last stage in Galicia, Weslley Dantas, who beat him by 16,50 to 11,07.
